The Pre-Order collection contains items we are selling to customers before the items arrive.

If you choose to participate in a pre-order, please note that these items are Final Sale. Pre-order shipping dates vary per item, so please read the description regarding estimated ship dates of each item we post. 

Final Sale

Final Sale

Final Sale items appear on our site from time to time.  Please read all descriptions carefully.  Final Sale items are excluded from our returns policy.

Examples of Final Sale items include:

  • Items identified by ribbons such "Clearance", "Blowout" or something similar. 

  • Item descriptions containing reference to "Final Sale."

  • All swimwear       

Shipping

Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100.00.  All orders are shipped USPS First Class (3-4 Business Days) or Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) depending on weight. However, since we have no control over the postal service once a package leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee arrival times after shipment. Thank you!

 International orders can take anywhere from 14-21 days.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchases.  Please understand we purchase limited quantities of items in order to provide the most up-to-date options.  By controlling our inventory quantities we are better able to provide more styles.  Below you will find our policy regarding returns and exchanges. 

  

Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.  All requests will be reviewed and during this time we may contact you for additional information.  Store credit will be in the form of a gift code that does not expire. 

  • Returns initiated after the 5th day of delivery will not be considered.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn with all tags, stickers and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial credit based on the condition of the item. 

  • Return shipping is the customers responsibility.  We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking.  Lost or misdirected returns are the customers responsibility.

  • Returns will be processed within 1-3 business days of delivery to us.  You will receive your coupon code via email.  If you do not see receive your code, please contact us.  You may need to check spam folders.

Note: Delivery is either the date associated with the tracking number or the date items are picked up in person.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges.  You may request a return and receive store credit to be used on a new purchase.  We will do our best to accommodate requests if you want other items not currently in stock.

 

Defects and Quality

  • From time to time, a damage or flaw in an item may get by us.  If your purchase contains a flawed or defective item please take a photo of the issue and email us.  We will get back to you ASAP. 

  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling and incorrect sizing.
